Ballet workout suitable for adult absolute beginners. Class starts with a warm up and a stretch on the floor, followed by traditional basic ballet exercises in the centre of the studio.
Participants can go barefoot, wear socks or ballet shoes; outfit could be from regular gym wear to leotards and ballet tights. Welcome to bring skirts and tutus!
